These pictures are one of the contracts our two companies have collaborated on over the past three years.  This beautiful cottage is located on one of the three large lakes in Muskoka.  It has been constructed of square Timber, Muskoka rock and glass.  Pathways, Rock stairs and gardens have been lined with rock which has been imported from Manitoulin Island to give a distinct appearance.  Gardens have been planted with material which offer color, texture and variation to a difficult area to plant.  The shade of the forest floor, the lack of soil, the abundance of deer and rodents such as squirrels and chipmunks and the steep slope of the land have all contributed to the challenges in these gardens.
